Patrick Mouton is the Executive Director of the Facilities Planning and Construction Department for Aldine Independent School District in Texas.  The district is the fifth largest school district in the greater Houston, Texas area comprising of nearly 70,000 students and 90+ facilities.  His highest achievement is implementing and overseeing a $798 million bond that consists of eight new schools, renovations and addition, technology upgrades, and district wide repairs.  Patrick Mouton brings 23 years of broad cross functional facility planning, construction management, and budgeting experience.  He has overseen the construction of 34 school campuses.
